How ordering works

Order online. We still talk it through with you.

Send us your order here and we'll give you a call to go over the details. Nothing gets stitched until you're happy with it.

  1. Tell us what you need

    Pick the items, how many and how you want them branded. Add your logo if you have it. It takes about two minutes.

  2. We phone you

    We call you to check sizes, colours, artwork and to give you the quote.

  3. Pay and collect

    Once you are happy we get started. Pay at the shop or by EFT when your order is ready to collect.

Before you place your order

  • Please check that the spelling, names, colours, sizes and quantities in your order are correct.
  • We work from the logos, emblems, images and information you give us. We are not responsible for mistakes that come from information or artwork that was incorrect when it was supplied.
  • By sending us a logo or design you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
  • We will confirm the details with you before we start. Once you have approved them, changes may cost extra.
  • Thread and print colours can look slightly different from what you see on a screen.
